Suitable for automated tire production lines.
After the green tires are shaped, operators complete green tire weighing, label pasting and barcode scanning. Following inspection, operators manually place the green tires at the logistics docking points. The conveyor line transfer devices then automatically transfer the green tires to the elevators beside the tire building machines.
The system performs multiple processes, including automatic conveyance between tire building machines and the front warehouse area, warehousing storage, outbound conveyance, centralized handling of defective and abnormal green tires, green tire marking, and delivery of green tires to curing presses. The IT system enables seamless integration of material flow and production information throughout the process.
