XR Patterned Inkjet Printing System

Equipment Introduction:Precision patterned printing of optically transparent resins with specific refractive indices (high/low refractive index) is performed between ultra-thin glass (UTG) and profiled optical waveguide interfaces. It achieves efficient bubble-free full lamination, eliminates interference from air layers, and significantly improves luminous efficiency and viewing angles.
In the manufacturing process of AR optical waveguide lenses, pixel-level "variable-thickness" film printing is applied to different regions, replacing traditional spin coating. This resolves uneven residual layer thickness (RLT) issues caused by imprinting and ensures optical diffraction efficiency.
