Droplet Observation System

Equipment Introduction：Droplet Observation System is equipped with a high-speed snapshot camera detection module. It mainly captures the flight trajectory of ink droplets ejected from printheads, then measures droplet velocity and volume. Based on the test data, users can evaluate the matching performance and stability among printhead drive board voltage, driving waveform and ink, so as to optimize ink formulations and printing processes.
